Robert Sanae is a very versatile composer/performer with a style that is reflective of his eclecticism. By mixing elements of jazz, Funk, hip hop and R&B his writing style appeals to a broad range of listeners. Prepare yourself for nonstop moving and grooving when you have treated yourself to a show featuring Robert Sanae/The Crater Creek Project. Most recently Robert has shared the stage with RnR featuring Rick Braun and Richard Elliot as well as numerous other artist at the 2010 Columbus Jazz & Rib fest. He has also been the featured artist at numerous shows in the Ohio area and although he is fairly new in the jazz world, this definitely doesn't stand true with regard to the R&B world, being a former member of the acclaimed group Zapp Featuring Roger Troutman where he lent his talents as a trumpeter, keyboardist and vocalist as well as an audio and editing engineer on numerous projects out of the Troutman camp. Robert also gained extensive tour experience while sharing the stage with a multitude of R&B greats during that time.
